No complains at all, the venue met needs well, can just recommend it. Everything was perfect, including helpful staff and stunning location very close to everything. I loved the breakfast: fruit and eggs were all delightful. The place had a family atmosphere.

I booked a small appartment for 2 (with sea view) and the accomodation was quite big and comfortable. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area (well.. Arkasa village in general is very quiet!), 10 min. Driving from airport and 15-20 min. Driving from lefkos, pigadia or amopi beach and a bit more (25-30 min.) from apella or kyra panagia beaches.
1) Bath towels were coarse/rough (probably not washed with a softener); 2) chairs in the terrace were partly rusted; 3) shower is "open" (no curtains/doors) and when you make a shower the floor gets really wet (typical in greece)

The friendly smile of Evdokia, the owner of the place, her relaxed manner when dealing with special little requests, her eagerness to provide information, the acccuracy of the information provided, her love for her home island, which she tries to make everyone see through her eyes. And she does! Excellent location, lovely view, discreet service, best value for money. Full marks!!! PS: Tried to extend our holiday, but they had no vacancy. Contacted nearby "Athina" hotel, and was astonished at the receptionist's behaviour. Thought you should know!
Evdokia's home made cake was by far the best breakfast one could have. I think they should do away with the ever so boring "continental breakfast", and offer a selection of local delicacies... I would gladly pay extra - it would really be worth it!

Located in a bustling neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops, this hotel is a great base to explore nearby attractions. A lovely sandy beach is just a short walk away, perfect for relaxation. the rooms are spacious and modern with charming views of the sea from the private balcony.
The breakfast spread could be more varied and served in a more timely manner.

The view from the room was breathtaking and the pool was a nice bonus. Good Wi, Fi signal and the daily cleaning service was appreciated. the owner was very accommodating, trying to help us with everything we needed.
The location was not ideal, far from the town center and it could get noisy with traffic on the road nearby. the worst aspect was the lack of basic amenities in the room , no plates or utensils in the supposed self, catering area, no clothesline or rack to dry clothes, and no dishcloths.

Best View in the Area. The location of this hotel is amazing! The views are breathtaking and worth the stay alone. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel like we were right at home. The housekeeping services were also excellent, ensuring that we always had clean towels and a tidy room. And oh, the pool was perfect for a refreshing swim after a long day at work!
Worst Wi-Fi. The only downside of staying at this hotel was the Wi-Fi.
